"The video [Hillary4U&Me] went largely unnoticed until this week, when it started making the blog rounds. A blossoming chorus of critics is calling the song “cringe-inducing,” and saying that it could do more harm than good for Clinton. Some conspiracy theorists have even posited that the video must have been secretly created and planted by Obama supporters intent on damaging his competitor through song.
"The composer and video maker was indeed [Gene] Wang, a serial high-tech entrepreneur who sold his company Bitfone to Hewlett-Packard in 2006. He said he’s willing to concede that he may not have the star power of will.i.am’s Obama-backing crew, but he’s sticking by the song’s larger themes.
