See, I don't know if I'm supposed to vote on the videos with substance, quality, meaning, or that I feel would contribute something to others.

I am not angry Hillary, just very very disappointed...
I'd upvote for exposure of her idiocy.. but I have a problem upvoting a clip of just her blathering. If a supporter and a detractor can upvote for the same thing, the context needs to be adjusted bit.
