Hillary Clinton Sings National Anthem

joedirtsays...

ZOMG.. the media is trying to manufacture another Dean scream.. this is really sad that anyone is interested in this. Who cares how she sings, especially how she quiet sings knowing there are direction and lapel mics.

There are plenty of reasons to dislike Hillary, I don't get why this is newsworthy / siftworthy. If anything she sings like 80% of Americans.

Hey, I thought that I was being pretty responsible with the tags... I almost didn't even put this in the politics channel. I think that if you can't sing, you should sing quietly like this.

If she had sung loudly, this would probably be all over Fox News by now, but she played it smart.

Of course, I figured someone would still find it entertaining here...

Watch this kind of crap make her more sympathetic instead. Some blogger I read the other day mentioned that Hilary's approval ratings spike when things go bad for her (e.g. Bill and Monica). This could be more of the same.

When I hear that voice, a Geraldine Ferraro redux, I can understand why Bill sought entertainment in other venues.

The National Anthem is a lame song, despite what it stands for; it's difficult to sing, the lyrics require "work" to remember, and it was written by a guy named Francis.

"God Bless America" would be a much better Anthem. I've emailed the ACLU to see if they'll back me on this...
