Ruminating over a bottle of vodka on Saturday night, a friend and I were discussing a particular stoner/dj acquaintance and the fact that I turned my back for 5 minutes, only to find he had joined the Krishna crew. We then realised that the only Hare's we ever seem to come across are seemingly in the 20-35 age bracket - which begged the question: Is it just a phase?! I decided to go looking for answers. I didn't exactly find any, but I did find this interesting wee doco about a British lad turned Hare after he saw his friends looking stupid on drugs. Which made me wonder - was I in some small way responsible for my friend/acquaintance turning to the Krishna faith?...hmmmm.
