When did he fall off the wagon?

Why one of the likes of BillO here would deliver such an anti-Bush statement veiled in extremely thin sarcasm OR indicate that he is complete tool is beyond me.

Oh, wait, there's also the third possibility, which, according to Occam's Razor is the right one: BillO must be using ganja.

While its kinda cute to see him just stutter, I would have prefered him to run off stage screaming "I just don't know anymore!", then to be comforted by his aides...

Agreed, this is his best speech because he didnt lie, talk to us like children, or create new words for the English language so he should give this response for everything. Its better than what we're getting now
