Apparently, Captain Smartass up there didn't read everyone's comments explaining their theories for her passing out before blathering off at the mouth.
She looked off from the start of the clip. She is fidgeting and her eyes glass like she is self talking to get through whatever is wrong. I'm not sure it was nervousness, maybe it was a contributing factor but something else looks wrong too.
It was the morning news, before sun had completely risen. I'm sure she wasn't overheated. Probably just hadn't eaten anything that morning, and then anxiety kicked in. Poor girl.
Dumbass with his hands in his pockets should be more embarrassed than the girl.
"Gosh, we're gonna say a prayer there." - yeah good call, she's clearly perched precariously on the precipice... let's all work together to bring her back from her terminal faint!!
Did someone forget they were newscasters??? Where has sensationalism gone these days, even if she's fainting what an opportunity to announce "She's in cardiac arrest!"

Typically when a female faints she brings the back of her hand to her forehead and collapses in a backwards motion.

I think it is from pretty recently, early spring, the big guy was wearing slacks and a sweater. Probably not much over 10 degrees
