That's what I thought at first, but I know a little French, and didn't recognize anything, so I figured it must be something else. I think you're right though, because listening again, I did pick up a few words (et toi, le thé).

It's pretty much what it looks like.

They're recreating the Bud commercial, and the FBI is wire taping it all. Then Bush can't resist and joins in on the screaming. Bin Laden then says "Hang up, we're being listened in on" and hangs up.
