Well thats the evidence for banning him. That and I cant be sure.. but that vehicle has no one riding in it, so its rogue. And I think its a WRX. Put the two together and what do you have? Roguewrx. Seems pretty clear cut. Then again, he could of loved this video so much he made a username just to show that.
