According to wikipedia, "Cataplexy is a medical condition which often affects people who have narcolepsy". It's triggered by emotional responses, such as anger or stress or, in this case, laughter. When a person experiences these emotions, their bodies go limp and sometimes they fall asleep. In this video, this poor guy who suffers from Cataplexy has buddies that keep him laughing... and sleeping.

Hilarity. All this poor guy wants is to leave.

On the one hand, I feel like his friends might be just "friends" who exploit him for fun, but on the other, I don't know these people and the cataplectic kid seems to be laughing and smiling, so I guess I'll hold my vote for now.

I really thought this video would've gone over way better than it has. I know it's kind of mean spirited, but it's not like he's an insulin-dependent diabetic and they're force feeding him Gummi Bears. He doesn't experience any pain; he just passes out. To me, it's hilarious.

At no point did he start getting angry, so as long as he's ok with it, so am I. A good round of laughter with friends is never a bad thing.
