With the exception of the mouse, this is the byproduct of dumping shit into nature. The mouse was actually a genetic experiment to see if we could grow replacement parts/limbs on other animals for grafting/surgical attachment on accident victims.
This is why we have strict regulations on waste management. But sometimes, shit just happens.

I think it's strange the most of the mutations are and extra head, or half of it. Why is it never a 4-assed turtle that mutates.
