A sweet old cow used to live in the field behind my house. The first time I met her, she scared the crap out of me. I was walking through the field to get to the gas station across the way. She came up to me out of the dark and butted her forehead gently against my shoulder. I screamed, then realized it was a gentle cow who just wanted some pats. After that, I went out there just to sit in the grass with her. I was sad when she wasn't there one day..
He shot my dog, Stanley, once, but just grazed him.
