Fox News: Stella Yelling (2006) in New Orleans

Each year at the annual Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival there is a Stanley and Stella Shouting Contest. In this Fox News report, the winner is shown shouting "FEMA" instead of Stella. The last festival was March 28 - April 1.
