Fishing Without Fishing Poles...AKA 'Noodling'

So basically what you do is walk a creek bed like and feel for big holes with your feet--it's inside the holes that these monster flathead catfish will stay. You then dive down and ram you arm into said hole hoping that the monster cat will chomp down on it.
