Stumble ThisThe FCC thinks that a little clip of female butt is too dirty for you to see and has fined ABC affiliates $1.43 million . Never mind that the clip first aired 5 YEARS ago...

for some reason, I keep wanting to re-visit this trauma. is that some sort of twisted victim's guilt going on?
You know... I bet you're not the only one to give this a second look, though why you would endure such punishment is beyond me... good thing VS doesn't go by vote/view ratio...
