is...he really shooting them?
Perhaps the gun is modified in some way, for example with some sort of special trigger that fires the second shot automatically, or perhaps the rounds are non-standard, such as a scatter shot so he can't really miss at that range?
Good fun in any case, but I'm not convinced.

That being said, this guy puts on one heck of a show, so up-voting.
The only things that come out of the barrel are hot gases and not exploded powder. Blank ammunition has very low recoil and if you are 10m away from the barrel it's pretty safe.
Still they are capable of destroying a ballon at low distance or could heavily burn your skin or give you hearing impairings if you are too close to the barrel. Sadly, that happened to some of my friends during our time in the military, so beware.

1) He shoots before his hand moves down to cock the pistol.
2) The smoke is not the same for each shot.
3) He doesn't appear to turn the pistol from the first shot at all.
4) In competition quick draw shooting ALL of the top world competitors are teenage girls. They are just physiologically the fastest.
My speculation is that he's using shotshells not bullets (small shotgun rounds that fit in a pistol) and he has the pistol rigged with two firing mechanisms, one fires the main barrel, the second fires one of the chambers to the side (when his hand comes down to supposedly cock the pistol).

I had to watch the video again, but he says 2 one hundredths of one second. He's actually saying he does all that in 2 msecs. Hmmm, sure.
