It doesn't matter that the person who took the beating is a dummy, but seeing someone perform the move in real life does make you think... Sadly the announcer got the move called out wrong since the final atomic buster has Zangief doing more backflips where as in this case with the ultimate atomic buster, it is one backflip, followed by the back breaker...

And yes, this is fake to the degree that the guy attacks a dummy, but this was a staged fight that everyone knew... I may post the full fight later, it was pretty funny to watch...
