i have never seen the lure of this game...Perhaps its cause i'm a musician.-the only folks i've ever seen play this have slim to nil musical abilities....I watch this game and wonder...."Why do this when you could be flying a tank!"

That's not even expert playing.

As to the people that play music games (Dance Dance Revolution, Karaoke Revolution, Guitar Hero, Beat Mania, etc.), I'm in a music fraternity and we greatly enjoy taking time off with these games. No pressure to get everything right and you can show off. Eh, they're fun, that's all.

I can't say I like the recorded solo they put for this song in the game as much as the original..sounds horrible imo

I wish they could apply this technology to real guitar playing, it would make lessons for kids a lot more fun.

I definately agree Dag - I always think that if they spent all that time learning an actual instrument rather than playing this game they would have far more impressive skills that they could still use in 10 years time. But I guess that kids don't find that as appealing

It certainly gave me a greater appreciation for music with complex guitaring. I was never into Megedath in a big way before it, now I enjoy them on a whole other level.

This guy has done very well on this track, having gotten up to expert skill in it myself. Especially considering the game's not been out very long. A deffinate vote up from me

My kids are in band and love DDR and Guitar Hero. I really think it helps their playing and marching abilities...dexterity, and such.

Though one time we had 10 kids taking turns at DDR in an upstairs den, thought the ceiling would come down!
