From here. Yes, it actually creates an animated, rotating graphic (that you can configure through a simple worksheet) within the normal cells of an Excel worksheet (well, two actually).

And if you want to see that this is real... download the excel files, open them (ensure you enable macros) and then use ALT-F8 to see it running on your own version of excel! :)
