It's not a commercial, it's a sketch for a non existing water brand. "Pramme" sounds like "prammen" = bewbs
Also it's Belgian, not Dutch. We speak the same language, only the Belgians speak it sillier, like the Canadians speak English I guess.

My bad cybrbeast, I've only been to Holland and not Flanders yet so my ears aren't trained to make the distinction. I really hate it when people assume a video's from France because the protagonists speak French, when most of the time they're from Québec. Therefore, as a self-punishment, I will not drink Belgian beers for the next *cough*hour*cough*.
