You can take out the witch with one shot to the head. There's a tute here on VS how to do it.

If you want to practise, go to 'Commentary in Extras' and then load No Mercy Level 3 - just outside the hospital entrance (where the ambulance with the medkit is) they is a commentary bubble, activate it and they spawn a witch as they talk about her, you can use her to practise

Sounds to me like he knows how to run straight for the exit, leaving the rest of the team behind to suffer.
I hear you can also take out an Eminem with a single shot from the shotgun, if done properly
Following the common wisdom handed down from EMT to EMT, the value of a person to society is inversely proportional to the amount of gunshot wounds said person can survive. That logic would dictate that Eminem is immortal.
