Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky is Vice-Chairman of the State Duma (Russian Parliament), and a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Here we see him drunk on a speeding train, grabbing his shotgun so he can hunt crows from the window, and then getting trigger-happy, i.e., he starts shooting at chicken coops of the locals who live along the tracks.
