I know you can't deny the vote to people based on 'intelligence' or any other factor as you have to govern for ALL the people... by my gods does this make you feel like you want to.

I know every country has their idiots, but I would personally like to apologize to the other countries in the world for our own idiots, as demonstrated here, and assure you that they do not speak for all of us. Most of us have IQ numbers higher than our shoe sizes (European shoe sizes even!).
