Neat, but didn't really explain it. How exactly does it stop the splatter? The pumping of paint into the roller isn't new, it's the lack of splatter/mess, and that they didn't even touch on how it works.

At a glance, it seems to use a system near to how a ball pen works. Where the rolling movement transfers to fluid to the contact surface, allowing just enough "ink" through the tube so that it doesn't leak all over the place.

as mentioned, the pumping of paint into a roller isn't new, home depot, lowe's, osh and other hardware stores have offered this for some time and it turns out it's a poor seller. The reason you haven't heard of it before is because it doesn't work as well as simply rolling the roller directly in the paint and applying it to the wall. label it "gimmick".
