I just watched this a half dozen times in a row. This is so hilarious, and it makes me feel like we live in a mixed cartoon universe, like Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
i saw this originally as an avatar a few weeks ago and would watch it over and over and over and crack up each time. i just watched it now ONCE and am in tears already. the title and music adds so much more to it.
I too saw this as an animated Gif originally a few weeks ago (http://www.planetdan.net/pics/misc/panandzoom.gif) and thought if this were a Youtube video it would go straight to number 1. It looks like it's on the way.

Looris, sometimes they get out, I don't know how. Last week the kids were trying to find one that was out and my daughter unknowingly sat a large plastic bin filled w/ toys on it. Later I hear the shrieks from my son that finds him. The back half of it was flat as a pancake! (I have to admit it looked hilarious) Poor thing. The # one reason for moving them, is the cages are smelly.
I'm coining a Sift-term: YAIVT (Yet Another Inappropriate Viral Tag). The FAQ defines viral as "clever commercials promoting a product or service designed to proliferate a marketing campaign through entertaining video." This isn't advertising or promoting anything.
Ok, EVERYONE will hate me for downvoting, but I'm sorry I just can't upvote it. I watched it several times and it didn't make me laugh (I don't know why I can see the humor too.) and just about any bloke with a camera and a couple stab music clips can do this. I know I'm a horrible person and hell hath no furry like animal lovers scorned. Forgive me.
Yes I am referring to viral marketing... and that's what the viral tag refers to. There's no reason to tag anything as a viral video because everything here would fit that definition.
The personal attack was uncalled for. The definition given by the site for the viral tag is that it's for viral marketing, which is what I pointed out, so it would seem I do know what I'm talking about. It's not like I said "Hey douchebag, RTF FAQ. This shit shouldn't be tagged viral." I pointed it out politely.
PERHAPS if I "randomly" capitalized some words while RANDOMLY putting OTHERS "in" quotes, it will make you feel MORE COMFORTABLE and you will no longer FEEL "compelled" to curse at me.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we've just seen the video. What we've seen speaks for itself. The videosift website has apparently been taken over - "conquered" if you will - by a master race of overacting praerie dogs. It's difficult to tell from this vantage point whether they will consume the amazing ukulele play or merely own the home made light saber duel. One thing is for certain: there is no stopping them; the praerie dogs will soon be top five. And I for one welcome our new rodent overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a yet-to-receive-a-star videosift personality I could be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground video queue.
#7 is 4 days on the nose. I never knew anything had that kind of vote potential. We have an available pool of 185 voters??! In a few days. it's a viral video perfect storm.
