Around 1 p.m., authorities attempted to corral a dog that was running up and down Hwy. 52 and slowing traffic. The dog, apparently an expert at "resisting arrest," led police on a 10-minute chase.
The dog eventually ran off the interstate and the potential hazard for motorists was cleared.
