love the subtle and not so subtle use of physics in this demo. The environment is actually smashable now :-) (what a novel idea!)

Sorry but this looks like a rehash of Dungeon Siege... Don't get me wrong, I liked Diablo 1, but the next progression was Dungeon Siege with the massive environments. Where's the next evolution? 'Cause this doesn't look like it...

Ah, Diablo II, the only computer game I ever played. Think I will play it for awhile while I wait for Diablo III (I'm sure I'll be waiting awhile).
As for watching it on the web site, it asks for your birth date and I couldn't get it to scroll down (a Safari issue?), so it thinks I was born in 2008 and won't let me watch either of the videos.

When D3 is coming out you ask? Q4 2020; consider ourselves lucky if it's released any sooner

Here's the link to download the source video instead of playing it in the browser. The video is 195 megs, and the browser tries to load the whole thing into memory. I use VLC to play flv files, I'm not sure what else works. And as a bonus, the second link is to the cinematic trailer.

Not impressed, to say the least.

PC gamers get excited at the funniest stuff. Oh wait, that's probably because they need something to justify that $500 graphics card, and the PC list of must-haves is virtually non-existent these days...

It looks like a very similar graphics engine to StarCraft III. Wouldn't surprise me if they reused a lot of it.

I'm taking the fifth..

Pay to play exactly the same old game yet again, now with better graphics and bigger boobs (both male and female, just look at that barbarian)!
How long many hours of game time are they claiming it will take to beat the game? You'll run through the game 3 times in 1/10th of the time and spend the remaining 9/10th's killing Bhaal for loot until you tire of the grind.
Not saying it'll be a bad game, just saying it most likely won't bring anything to the table that the first or second installments haven't already.

And how is this art?
