It's funny because the Washington Monument looks like a penis and scrotum and the Pentagon looks like an asshole and it sounds like he's talking about the space in between (the perineum) while he's ostensibly talking about levels of taint in politicians (levels of corruption and questionable history of relationships with corporate sponsors).
