The Big Blue crane accident when building Brewer's Ball Park Stadium in Milwaukee. Sadly, three men lost their lives in the accident (though it's not visible in the footage).

The three men who died were being hoisted by a second crane, which you can see behind the larger crane at :48. When the first crane collapsed, it fell on the second, smashing against the basket the three men were in, which you can clearly see plummeting to the ground at :15.
