28 seconds : The Killing of Fouad Kaady
In the early afternoon of September 8, 2005, police encountered Fouad Kaady shortly after he was in an accident that left him in shock and bleeding, burned over much of his body. Rather than calling for medical help, the police commanded him to lie on the pavement, even though they could see the burned flesh hanging from his body, and even though they said he appeared to be "in a catatonic state." There is no conspiracy here, you can see the witness testimony and even the cops' explanation here. Not much of a leap when the cops say they walked up on a bloody burnt guy in shock and then taser him three times then shoot him. They say they saw burnt skin hanging off his body.
It's high time for you to have a little unexpected run-in with an officer of the law.

They said he was growling – maybe he was groaning in pain.
They said he was showing his teeth – yes people sometimes show their teeth and even look like they are smiling when they are in the grip of incomprehensible pain.
Listen to their long, stupid, complicated story that supposedly happened in 28 seconds, a story that is contradictory to other eye-witness reports.
I have friends who are cops – take it or leave it – some of those guys are damn good men, but some of those bastards should not be wearing a badge. They have IQs of about 98 and an authority fetish that is bordering psychopathy. The only reason assholes like that stay on the force is because police pay and benefits are usually so crappy that they can’t afford to lose the manpower because nobody else in his right mind is going to put his life on the line for $12 to $15 dollars an hour.
My guess is the second idiot cop arrived at the scene and decided to taser the sitting victim without finding out what the fuck was going on.
After that, it was a "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" situation.
It seems they shot him to prevent him getting to a shotgun that THEY had left lying around. Another example of how great it is that the police are armed and dangerous.
...yeah...for disputed reasons a 27 year old man crashes a car, strips off his clothing, sits on a curb "Indian Style", and is shot dead within 28 seconds of his first encounter with one of the officers.
RE: Local Reporting - that would be the asshole who was laughing about "naked boy" and where they could find "naked boy" because it was going to be a great story.
I hope you realize that the "free press" and the dignity of law enforcement are fairy tales.
America, in many ways, has become a totalitarian state: i.e. the totality of the system trumps the truth of the day.
In my community some years ago there was an incident in which the police shot to death a naked unarmed man. I'm wondering about the possibility of an identifiable 'phobia'. These guys said that they were afraid because of the blood but could it have been because of the nakedness?
We expect a lot from cops, probably way too much. These two are obviously not good material for rational thinking in a pinch.
What a truly tragic story.
a) Fucking get him some medical attention.
b) Torture and kill him.
Hell, just kill him. You won't get in trouble anyway. You're a cop, remember?
