What's "terrible" is this disrespect for lawful authority.

No one likes being stopped by a cop. No one. Obey the officer, and if you think your rights were violated, you'll get your day in court.

It's amazing with how much crap cops put up with from the scum of the earth, that there are any cops at all.

I don't understand what is terrible about this. The cop requested her license and registration. She refused and started to leave, he verbally tried to stop her and she refused. He verbally warned her and she didn't listen. He used a taser on her and no other force while she moaned on the ground ... somehow caught off guard by the notion that someone followed through with what they said they would do?

I'm mostly against tasers, but I think this is perfectly acceptable use. Either that or a billy club to the back of the neck. Yes, he could have wrestled her down, but any physical contact brings much unknown risk. Out of his options, I like the taser the best for his safety.

I don't see why the terrible tag is being used also. (Of course, the terrible tag is the most misused tag anyways...)
