You should also watch
The Life and Death of a Pumpkin (it's a bit creepy!)
This is a computer controlled Halloween display with a projected head, singing pumpkins, lightning and thunder. The talking head tells jokes and interacts with the lightning and singing pumpkins.

The program I use is Animation Director by Animated Lighting. I use 3 16-channel light controllers by Animated Lighting for all the lighting.

The video, sound and lights are all synched together. The video (projected head) and sound is a wmv file. The sound track has two channels. One for the projected head and one for the pumkins and lightning. The wmv file defaults to play in a second display from the computer (the DLP projector) and is triggered by the Animation Director program that controls the lights.

Am I the only one that thinks the projected head looks like Bill O'Reilly?
