For those of you interested this video was filmed in Sweden, the "tank" is actually an infantry fighting vehicle (hard to know for the lay person, but big difference for those in the buisness) called CV90 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CV_90). These are usually driven by conscripts with roughly 5-12 months military experience. I have a lot of friends that did service on these as commander or driver and (although skilled) rumour has it they can get pretty wild in thier driving at times.

The truck was from swedish grocery company ICA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICA_AB).
