Even more amazing because less than a year before that a medic was wondering if he had to amputate him due to a leg broken in half, bones sticking out.

Not only this is a great goal but this was Eduardo's first Premier League game after an open dislocation of his ankle forced him on the side line for 12 months. You can see the tackle that caused his horrific injury here:

This wasn't a premier league game, either an FA cup or league cup match
(Burnley aren't in the premiership)

And the injury he suffered.. ouch, saw it once, never want to see it again

punk225: I stand corrected, it was the 5th round of the FA Cup. What I meant to say is this was his only second first-team game since his injury but somehow got all mixed up.
