What gives the Government the legal standing to issue health care? There is no rite given to the FED by the Bill or rights nor the Constitution.

Health care is a choice not a rite. Obama is wrong, and the Left leaning American people don't know shit about government. Being Fair has nothing to with government.

Beside the government can not do anything efficiently, Its not supposed to. It's not set up to be efficient.
