Caribou vs Grizzly

A mother Grizzly and a bull Caribou square off. Yet another reason why you should never trifle with a hungry bear.

Surely a Caribou could outrun a bear? That's what you get for trying to be a territorial badass, I guess.

That, sir, appears to be a Caribou from the Porcupine herd in Alaska (Rangifer tarandus granti) judging by the landscape and trees.

Nature can sometimes be cruel, but on the bright side, at least the mother Grizzly was able to feed her 2 cubs.
