Wow - I guess when you're really young you can overlook the fact that your hero has a green mullet and the cast does really bad voice acting.
I still loved this show though.

I think programming like this went a long way to fuck up a lot of us as kids... but, then again, I guess one could argue that we were becoming somewhat more socially conscious in the process, at least we were being told something about Belfast.

But anyway, who else thought the kid with the monkey and the powers of 'heart' was totally lame?

^Definitely. Seriously, he got the shaft. A choice between incinerating people, bludgeoning them with boulders, drowning them, tearing them apart with a tornado, and uhh.. what exactly does "heart" do?

And I never made the connection of the villian "Duke Nukem" before either.
