he is a good guy, much funnier than Gore.

You'll have to do better than that, a rat's anus is funnier than Gore (hmm, I'll have to do better than that, a rat's anus is actually *quite* funny)...

"he is a good guy, much funnier than Gore."

Um, wow. Was that some sort of joke?

No, Gore is not very funny. Bush has quicker wit and natural timing for humor. Is GuyIncognito some sort of joke? I assume the answer is yes.

Hah. Well then, I suppose you can tell me how those qualities have made him a good President? Or at least, better than Gore would have been? I mean honestly, is that how you evaluate Presidential candidates? Like T-Man said, Bush is an embarrassment. Being a "good guy" doesn't make what he has done to this nation okay.

Being a "good guy" doesn't make him competent, either.

I'll tell you how he's been a good president. He isn't a hypocrite like Al Gored. I carefully evaluate all presidents, Bush has been an excellent choice for America.

Not being a hypocrite is secondary to being competent at the job of president. Bush isn't competent. He is undeniably a complete disaster as a president.

I carefully evaluate all presidents, Bush has been an excellent choice for America.

Meanwhile, back in reality...

"Only 651 days left... "

Hope we make it that long before George W. Dipshyt discovers the big red button in the oval office.

"Bush has been an excellent choice for America"

should read
Bush has been an excellent choice for American Corporate Exploitation Capitalism.
For the American People and American Democracy and American Freedom he's been a huge setback.

Bush has helped this country in innumerable ways. This is irrefutable. Please don't hate.

No, hypocrisy is bad, I'm sure of it. His moral character is helping us on the right path. We are a safer country now because of Mr. Bush's vision for America.

No, hypocrisy is bad, I'm sure of it.

I didn't say hypocrisy wasn't bad, just that being incompetent is worse - especially when you're president of the country.

His moral character is helping us on the right path.

His "moral character" isn't doing squat for us. His incompetence is most definitely harming this country. His "moral character" didn't help the people after Katrina and it certainly isn't helping the people of Iraq. His incompetence affects them far greater than his "moral character." I'm sure they would prefer he was a competent hypocrite.

(BTW, how could this man of "moral character" allow people to be tortured in our name. Doesn't seem very moral to me.)

We are a safer country now because of Mr. Bush's vision for America.

m-kay... the whole world hating us (for good reason) makes us safer.

How is Mr. Bush incompetent? He didn't make Hurricane Katrina happen. It's not his fault. He had programs and set aside money for them to rebuild, right? I think he's an ok guy.

I think these guys, CaptainPlanet420 and BillOreilly, are just part of a vocal and ignorant minority. That's what I hope, at least. It's painful, looking at their comments. But this ain't worth our time T-man. Let them wallow for now, because natural selection will eliminate them from the gene pool.

I am Captain Planet, he who cannot be defeated, even by the combined forces of the notorious T-man and infamous GuyIncognito! Who's wallowing? Bush is fighting for me and my rights! And don't talk about me Bill O, I'm not sure I like you even.

There aren't even people left in America stupid enough to approve Bush's follies. The only people left defending him are angry jingoists, too manically defensive to see their hand in front of their face let alone think lucidly.

I'd peg 420 as an adolescent who derives a too-substantial part of his personal identity from his perception of himself as "American", such that he considers any criticism of American foreign policy a personal criticism. I'd imagine he's rationalized his raving defense of GW's foreign policy into a recent adoption of "Republican" identity, in order to create a more comprehensible and presentable conception of himself.

Really a fascinating specimen!

Holy sh*t! I can't believe the people here trumping Bush up, saying he's been great for America. You have NO IDEA how much the rest of the world looks upon the US with pity that you're being led by such a complete moron, and fear that it's dragging the rest of us down into unnessary wars.

Bush is a horrendous president, always was, will forever be remember as such, and those of you who use who is funnier to choose your president: F*ck you and your kind for making the world a worse place to live.

Incorrect. Our foreign policy is actually making headway with N. Korea, and working towards sustainable peace in the Middle East. And Bush owns Letterman.

like sht is your foreign policy working... The rest of the world sees George Bush, and we cant help but wonder about the people who would elect someone who just seems permanently stunned that he got the job as "the most powerful man on the planet".

Hey, we retaliated when we were attacked in 2001. That's foreign policy with a backbone. Other than that, Mr. Bush is pretty forgiving, but he holds his ground well.

Yep, you attacked, I'm not going to deny that one. However, you attacked a country which had nothing to do with the 911 attacks (no Iraqis were involved in the attacks themselves), on the basis of uncovering "weapons of mass destruction". Good one. Congratulations of having a backbone, its just the other parts of the central nervous system that your leader seems to lack.
