We've recently discovered QI, and rightly so: lots of clever conversation and engaging silliness. The thing is, for an American, what the hell is QI? Well, this is the answer, and coming up with an answer other than showing you the show would be hard...

This is the first 10 minutes, with pointers to the rest of a fine show with a fine crew of guests. they ask questions, they are silly, they are funny. Don't expect any pratfalls, but if you like British humor, this is a fine feast.

Well, I actually thought of this, but we clearly violate it constantly when it comes to so many other british shows, though I was thinking of the documentaries. I can see this is different though, and I just wanted to get the feel of the show, which can be done in the first 10 minutes. So I suggest dropping my player, using only the first of the 4 youtube videos, and changing the video title to British comedy/quiz show Q1: The first 10 minutes to give the concept.

There was an ST post a while ago about this. It was decided the rule would be altered to allow full length programs that were public domain. And your right oxdottir, this is a rule that is constantly broken.

I'm not mad. It does seem just a bit silly that posting something with pointers to the rest of it is ok and posting a custom player that allows you to use the pointers easily is not, though. I will delete the custom player. Replace it with the first 10 minutes. Pointers to other three on youtube. If that's not enough, let me know if I should have held off on *return ing it.
