How many did you guys count? Let's list them all in here!

I caught:
1. Close Encounters of the Third Kind -- mash potato
2. Star Wars Episode V (Empire Strikes Back) -- Luke, I'm your father.
3. Terminator -- I'll be back.
4. Jaws -- You're gonna need a bigger boat.
5. <forgot the name of it> -- You talking to me?

You talkin to me is from Taxi Driver...

Additional ones I noticed:

6: They're here, they´re here - Gilbert Grape
7: I´ll make him an offer he can´t refuse - Godfather
8: Now thats a knife - Crocodile Dundee

Are there visual references as well or just lines? Not sure..

9: Say hello to my little friend - Al Pacino in Scarface
10: Stella! Stella! - Marlon Brando in Streetcar named Desire
11: I'll have what she's having - When Harry met Sally
12?: The sound effect of the guy sharpening the knife sounded an awful lot like the psycho shower scene music.

"I'll Have what she's having." - When Harry Met Sally (second to the last quote ... last quote being another "Are you talking to me?")

I assumed "their here" was a Poltergeist reference

The first word said is "Pierre!", from Singin' in the Rain
"Pay the man his money" is from Rounders
the man carrying the little boy into the dining room is a reference to Bob Cratchet and Tiny Tim (A Christmas Carol)
the painting on the wall in the living room is a Monet from The Thomas Crown Affair
and I can't be sure, but at :25, that looks like a Chucky Doll (Child's Play) in the background, left side of screen.

this is such a cool ad; time for a *promote

[edit] :17 the little boy bending his finger and a man sitting at a typewriter could be a reference to The Shining,. and the static on the TV, another Poltergeist
