That gave me chills... really, it is just so happy, so beautiful to see/hear that many people just co-operating and creating music like that... so nice... so nice.

That is the perfect place to do something like that, because the audience, I'm assuming, is pretty intelligent (assumption based off the fact that this is called World Science Festival 2009). In another setting, say... if you tried to do this on the stage that Fallout Boy had just left, you wouldn't get the same result because quite frankly, the kind of person that goes to those kinds of concerts is a dried up, soulless husk of a human being.
