Stumble ThisOn the Vinyl Cafe this week (a CBC Radio show), Andy Blau of Toronto, ON was given an Arthur Award. Andy is a volunteer at the Toronto Humane Society, and crafted this wheelchair for Blueberry, a friendly rabbit with rear-leg paralysis.
On the show in which he was phoned and told about the award, he was asked, "Why did you do this?"
His answer was, "Because she needed it."
The Arthur Award is given out to celebrate the importance of the unimportant. When I saw there was a video of Blueberry, I figured this was something that needed to be Sifted. :)
