Blankfist Gets Interrogated by the TSA

"TSA agents claim having a large sum of money which could be any amount over $50.00 is cause to be detained and interrogated. When Mr. Bierfeldt asks if the interrogation over having cash is lawful he was threatened with further detainment and investigation by DEA and FBI. " [YT]

Wow. $4700. Call SWAT.

For some people that's a good day in Vegas.

Police state boobs who think they're starring in their own private television series...guess they have to pretend to earn a living somehow.

He's lucky they didn't slap him around, which a lot of them will do for the fun of it, when they think they can get away with it.

Even if they get caught, they get a little "suspended with pay" vacation.

Listening to this, I can't help but wonder what the response would have been, had he simply said he will answer any question he is legally required to answer, and none that he is not required to.

Thanks to Blankfist for the playlist. He wants to make sure that everyone knows he got away with his obnoxious freedom-loving civil rights having attitude scot-free, We'll get you next time you America-hating terrorist .

As one that has been slapped in handcuffs and thrown in a squad car, this guy has balls of steal. Truly, when you have men with guns and cold steal around your writs, you want to do anything to get out of it. The fact that he was able to insist on the law is something I would be unable to do in the same situation...I would break like so many dropped dinner plates.

So.. what exactly does the law say in this case? Is he required or not required by law to answer the question? If he isn't required by law to answer the question, why keep asking? Tell them that you aren't, and to mind their own goddamn business.

You got it nord, their whole approach was thuggish. I tried to raise the same kind of objection when I was in the county jail, is it the law that I need to be finger printed over unpaid registration ticket. Their responses were similarly brutish, "Doesn't matter son, you aren't getting out of here until you do". To a goody little to-shoes like myself, the fear and panic of a situation is used aggressively by officers to get you to comply with unlawful requests.
