* Broadband and internet are the same thing. Broadband is a buzzword meaning fast internet. Internet access is internet access. If an individual only has access to dial-up then its a shame, but at lease they have access to the form of media called the internet.

*Monopolies are amazing at generating political/economic power internationally, unfortunately they are also *extremely* susceptible to corruption. That is why *all* nations should commit to banning *all* forms of corporate monopoly.
