Well people freaked him out on youtube telling him it was not a spider bite put a staph infection and that if he didn't see a doctor it could kill him. So he did end up going to see the doctor and the doc confirmed that it was from a spider bite and that the reason it was so bad is because there were multiple bites in the same area.
