I'm ashamed this is a Canadian production. The interviews with Rumsfeld, Kissenger, etc were obviously edited and taken out of context to promote the producers agenda. They could have been talking about anything.

Jlowen, if you viewed it in full or looked it up on imdb you would see the intent of the filmmakers. Not everyone is so media savvy as to see through edited footage immediately. Also, it's a French production that was dubbed for CBC.
