I thought of that too at first...but it seems totally believable that since this was planed that they would have more then one person video taping it. The person shooting from the balcony probably zoomed out at the end to catch the crowd. It could be faked...but I don't think that is the shot that would prove it.

My wife and I did something similar!
Started out with a waltz by Silje Nergard and then broke into a choreography with Loving is really my game by Brainstorm. I forgot my moves halfway through but then we just pointed at the crowd and they filled the floor in a second.

We were actually inspired by the thriller wedding dance. My wifes sister secretly taught a few people some moves beforehand, getting them to think they would surprise us with a dance.
We had lots of fun for sure!
Unfortunately no video exists of the dance
