Haven't watched the full doc but the whole implication seems ludicrous to me. I knew about "China-gate" and the fact that the Clinton administration supposedly sold nights in the Lincoln Bedroom for campaign contributions from the Chinese and I was only 16 at the time. If some mildly disinterested teenager knew about it, then the media didn't do a very good job of covering it up. Furthermore, the whole Monica thing WAS a trumped up political charge brought on by an overzealous prosecutor. If the bloodthirsty republicans of that time would have had enough to bring charges of bribery and treason, you better believe they would have.

Plus, you have to consider that Bush's first major blunder in office was the mishandling of the downing of an American spy plane in China. They got many more military secrets from that event then they ever did from Clinton.
