Classic. A koolaid-drinking corporate douchebag decides to combine his love of music with his love of BofA and decided to cover the U2 song One in honor of BofA's merger with MBNA.
I cannot believe this never made it onto the Sift, or at least I wasn't able to find a copy of it. I did find David Cross' "cover" of this cover: http://www.videosift.com/video/David-Cross-covers-Bank-of-Americas-cover-of-U2s-One
Also, sorry for the crappy video quality! This is apparently a capture from Vimeo, but the other version I found was out of sync... so... it was a toss up: quality or sync.

he still ruined it by turning it into corporate propaganda.
oh come on. The guy is passionate about his work (lucky him). And he has some talent. It's no worse than U2 performing at MacWorld. Maybe even better because he did just because he wanted too (presumably).
Thats just awful...and you know whats worse...there is talent there but its ruined by a bland self indulgent corporate 'message'
I upvote because its terrible (content) and made me cringe (...we will make lots of money...)
