Back Scratch Cat

This cat most likely has fleas, or a skin disease, or both. My cat never did this, and then one day we realized she had a lot of fleas. The vet said she was allergic to the fleas and caused her skin to become flakey like dandruff, and sensitive. When you pet her hindquarters, she did the same exact thing as in this video. After a flea shampoo treatment and carpet treatment, her skin became normal and she no longer exhibits this weird behavior. Please take your cat to a vet and have him/her checked out.

I laughed sooooo hard when I watched this video. Especially when the cat would immediately look back at the person when he stopped scratching him. And btw, just because a cat enjoys having it's back scratched, it doesn't mean it has a skin problem.

yer right greengirl02, all cats share this reaction to varying degrees, it is no doubt a spot with a concentration of nerves, and in a place the damn cat can't get to to scratch on their own....lotta cat folks call it a "sex spot"....most likely because of proximity to pussy's love unit....Pussy Love Unit will be appearing at the Kit Kat Club, Thursdays and Fridays, in the month of December....
