BrknPhoenix, very true and especially true for Youtube preachers and especially true for atheists. Remember that guy who discussed logical fallacies and such like, he appeared to be an American born man of some Asian descent. When watching his videos, I really, really want to punch his smug, know it all face.

I'm an atheist. I'm sure I'm guilty of the same thing. I guess it's what comes from having figured out the (lack of) meaning of life. ... ... See? Smug and self important.

I agree with what this guy says, it particularly bothers me that bible thumpers seem to think that without their book, they'd kill and rape all day. Maybe they would.

It's his presentation and inflection. He tries to come off as flippant, funny, and serious at the same time. Most de-converted people I've known go through a, "I'm now an Atheist!" phase, where they are proud of their new conviction and want to share it with the world.

Also, what's the deal with the title card flashing at "1:34"? Glitch in his editing software... or subliminal atheist propaganda???

You know..I kind of expected most people here to understand the title popping up mid way through.. But it does that to ensure the opening screen shot, before you hit play, is the title and not a picture of his face.

It's a youtube trick, their system picks the middle frame on the whole clip as the preview. This trick isn't new, but expect it to become more common.
